The rumors surrounding the successor of the highly
successful S III are being followed closely by everyone in the gadget
world. The successor, Galaxy S IV is rumored to come with a 5 inch Super
AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080 pixels.
The smartphone will be powered by a new quad core ARM Cortex A15
processor backed by 2 GB of RAM. The camera will also feature an
improvement over its predecessor. S IV will come with a 12 mega pixel
camera.
According to SamMobile; if everything goes as planned then this new
flagship phone will be in the market by April 2013. Will S IV be as
successful as S III, which has sold over 50 million units till date?
Along with this there are also rumors that Samsung is all set to launch
a cheaper version of the highly successful Galaxy Note II.
4.7 to 5 inch Smart Phones are acceptable size. Any higher and it will be a tablet. Every time new phone comes out it has more CPU and Memory. But what we need now is : a.) larger battery life, and b.) better way to handle overheating of devices when used for extended period. Also from development point of view, the phone should come with inbuilt super user access ( aka root ) which doesn't violates the warranty of product. Ofc root shouldn't be enabled by default, since majority of the user base doesn't even understand its usage.
