Along with the updates to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating
system, Samsung is also getting ready to launch yet another entry level
smartphone. As of now the information points to the direction that
Samsung might named this handset Galaxy Pocket Plus.
The budget smartphone will feature a 2.8 inch LCD touch screen which
supports a resolution of 240 X 320 pixels. The handset functions on
Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It is powered by an
832 MHz mobile processor. One the connectivity front it features a
Bluetooth 3.0 and also comes with 3G network support.
The speculations that Galaxy Pocket might also be in the list to receive an update to Ice Cream Sandwich is pretty strong.
Apart from this no other information; the availability and the pricing
is not know yet. So for now we will have to wait for Samsung to reveal
the rest.
